You will create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and live training sessions. Daily, you will facilitate training sessions, provide feedback, and ensure that our sales teams are consistently updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

• Develop and deliver high-impact training programs that align with Sutherland's strategic goals.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and live training sessions.
• Facilitate training sessions, providing feedback and ensuring continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with global team members to design and deliver training programs that empower our sales teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales teams, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
• Measure the impact of training programs and use data to continuously improve and refine our training offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and regional managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Lead Trainer or similar role in a tech sales or business development environment.
• Strong background in technology sales, with a deep understanding of the tech industry and its trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
• Proficient in using training management systems such as Cornerstone, Litmos, or Docebo.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
