As an Alzheimer’s Caregiver at Golden Years Elderly Care, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and comfortable home for our residents. Your daily tasks will include assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and implementing care plans tailored to each individual's needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the care team
- Implementing personalized care plans based on each resident's unique needs
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and maintain care plans
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices
- Promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere for both residents and staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in elderly care, preferably in Alzheimer's care
- Certification in Elderly Care or related field (e.g., CNA, CPR, First Aid)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Alzheimer's disease and related care techniques
- Fluency in Indonesian language
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug tests
