📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily open pit mining operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute mining activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance, ensuring optimal productivity and minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Use AutoCAD and Surpac for detailed planning and execution of mining projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable mining practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of mining activities, including production, equipment usage, and safety incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in open pit mining operations.
• Proven track record in supervisory roles, with a strong understanding of safety and compliance.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Surpac for mining planning and execution.
