📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop visually appealing and on-brand packaging designs for our coffee products
• Create digital assets such as social media graphics, website banners, and email marketing materials
• Design promotional materials including flyers, posters, and advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and coffee industry developments
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and design accordingly
• Present design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback to finalize designs
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging and brand identity
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of color theory and typography
• Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects
