📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of villa maintenance, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure all engineering work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of villas to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering coordination or a similar role in the hospitality or property management industry.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
