📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and order new inventory as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the headquarters to ensure consistent brand standards and marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail or wholesale industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, including the use of software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
