📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring alignment with KORRUN GROUP's values and culture.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, utilizing tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support employee development and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and KORRUN GROUP's HR policies, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts, with the support of Mandarin-speaking team members.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives and support operational excellence.
• Represent KORRUN GROUP at industry events and professional networks to build relationships and stay abreast of HR best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Proven track record of managing HR functions in a fast-paced, large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
