• Create and schedule engaging social media content for our platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media channels.
• Engage with our audience by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant posts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our social media strategy.
• Analyze social media performance and provide insights to the marketing team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our social media content aligns with our overall marketing goals.
• Assist in the creation of social media campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or creative industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
