📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook traditional Indonesian bakmie dishes, including mi goreng and mi ayam, to high standards of quality and taste.
• Assist the head chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Prepare ingredients and garnishes for bakmie dishes.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are prepared accurately and promptly.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to food handling and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Indonesian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine, with a focus on bakmie dishes.
