📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow key accounts in the food service sector, including hotels and restaurants in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive sales and market penetration.
• Foster innovation and develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers, chefs, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support.
• Manage and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our food service offerings in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of the food service industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
