📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the implementation and management of HR payroll systems for international clients in Hong Kong and Australia.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality IT consulting services, including system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Document technical processes and create user manuals for clients and internal team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our services and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or less than 2 years of experience in IT consulting, HR payroll, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR payroll systems and processes.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Hong Kong and Australia.
