Our Fruit Packer will work closely with our warehouse team to sort, grade, and pack a variety of fresh fruits, including mangoes, bananas, and other tropical varieties. Using industry-standard tools like Fruit Packer Pro and Warehouse Management System (WMS), you’ll ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Sort and grade fresh fruits according to size, color, and quality standards.
- Pack fruits into appropriate containers using Fruit Packer Pro and other packing tools.
- Ensure all packed fruits meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Follow and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Record and report any quality issues or discrepancies in the packing process.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fruit packing or similar roles in the food industry.
- Familiarity with Fruit Packer Pro and other warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of English or Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Valid food handling certificate is a plus.
