📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, milk-based drinks, and specialty coffee.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Take and serve food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with cash handling and POS system operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets.
• Stay updated on menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Server, preferably in a high-volume café or restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of food and equipment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
