• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of outpatient services.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the installation team.
• Represent Bundamedik at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, facility management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient installation and facility management.
• Certification in healthcare facility management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
