📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a comprehensive events and partnerships strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse range of events, including pop-ups, exclusive launches, and community initiatives
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and corporate clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and successful partnership outcomes
• Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of events and partnerships, and continuously optimize strategies for maximum ROI
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in event planning and partnership-building
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous learning
• Represent The Keranjang at industry events, networking opportunities, and other relevant platforms to strengthen our brand presence and relationships

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Head of Events or similar leadership role in the events industry, with a strong track record of success
• Deep understanding of event planning, marketing, and strategic partnerships, with a portfolio of successful events and partnerships to showcase
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences and driving brand growth
• Proficient in using event planning software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
