📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre, ensuring adherence to care standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, caregivers, and volunteers to deliver comprehensive care services.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, in collaboration with families and healthcare partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Manage schedules and staffing to ensure optimal coverage and quality of care.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of residents.
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about active ageing and senior care services.
• Collaborate with local government and non-profit organizations to expand and enhance the centre's services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior care or related healthcare settings.
• Certification in geriatric care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents, families, and healthcare partners.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with healthcare software such as EPIC, Cerner, or similar systems.
