Tanggung Jawab:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Agentic Commerce solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Lead the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business goals and customer feedback.
• Measure product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback.
• Represent the product team at industry events and conferences.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce context.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in commerce.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related discipline).
• Familiarity with Stripe's products and services is a plus.
