EMK Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of the Indonesian labor market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
