📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive account performance.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and marketing initiatives.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on account performance and sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Achieve and exceed quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role within the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.,Strong knowledge of the FMCG market and industry trends in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
