📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of restaurant staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.,Develop and implement menus, ensuring they align with the center's mission and values.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain proper documentation.,Monitor and manage restaurant budget, including food costs, staffing, and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with the healthcare center's leadership to ensure seamless integration between the restaurant and healthcare services.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and practices is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
