📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for approximately 50 employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing using SAP and Excel.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
• Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and other financial reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide payroll-related support to the accounting team.
• Participate in payroll training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll-related documents and correspondence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
