📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to maintain accurate inventory records.,Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus.
