📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Provide financial guidance and advice to the management team to support decision-making.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong background in financial management.,Proven experience in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionals.
