📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and productivity.,Manage store budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Promote and manage store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Must be able to speak and write in Indonesian.
