📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow the account portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the beauty and skincare industry.,Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and campaigns.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and account management efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing account portfolios.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
