📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee daily store activities, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
