📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new menu items and specials,Supervise and train the kitchen staff,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients,Monitor food costs and profitability,Participate in culinary competitions and events,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and techniques,Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus
