📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to ensure optimal efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns related to the vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of fleet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
