📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
