📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist with the training and support of new IT staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
