📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
