📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Lead and mentor junior QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality assurance.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Conduct performance testing, load testing, and stress testing to ensure software performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure they are met through effective testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Provide regular reports on testing activities and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall software development process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.
  • Proficient in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
