📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the sales counter, ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready for customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Promote products and services, both in-store and online, to increase sales and revenue.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and customer service software.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
