📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the company's executives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and visits.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Handle and resolve any reception-related issues or concerns promptly.,Provide support to the team and assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Lead and train junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with customer service best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
