📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior technicians.,Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using maintenance management software.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
