Place Root Sentosa is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Pontianak. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various aspects of employee management and development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR department in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
