📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Monitoring and reporting sales performance to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Participating in training and development programs for sales staff.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is an advantage.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
