📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the pharmacy's daily operations.,Oversee the work of the pharmacy staff, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.,Manage inventory and ensure that all medications are stocked and organized properly.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and solutions.,Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and health and safety standards.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the pharmacy's strategic plan.,Ensure the pharmacy is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and health and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,A valid pharmacy license or relevant certification.
