📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules, customer service protocols, and safety procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and safety procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
