📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple AHASS workshop branches, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of technicians, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of customer service requests.
• Supervise and mentor workshop staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of workshop facilities, equipment, and inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing practices and process optimization.
• Monitor and analyze workshop performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with regional managers and corporate headquarters to align workshop operations with company goals and strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the automotive service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
